1. Introduction & Beta Status

FlashIndex ("we", "us", "our") is a URL indexing service provided via flash-index.com. By accessing or using FlashIndex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


FlashIndex is currently in **beta**. This means the service is actively being developed, tested, and improved. Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice. Performance, uptime, and results are not guaranteed during the beta period.


By creating an account or purchasing credits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety, including the Beta Notice.

2. Service Description

FlashIndex is a tool that submits URLs for indexing on behalf of website owners. The service enables faster discovery of web pages by Google's search infrastructure.


FlashIndex operates as a **technical intermediary**: we relay your URLs to our indexing network and third-party indexing providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google. We do not control Google's indexing decisions, ranking algorithms, or crawl schedules. Submission of a URL does not guarantee that Google will index, display, or rank the submitted page.


Our service includes:

  • URL submission for indexing
  • Index status checking
  • Bulk URL submission via CSV or API
  • REST API access
  • WordPress plugin integration
  • Credit-based billing system

    • 3. Credits Policy

    This is the most important section. It governs how credits work, their non-refundable nature, and what purchasing credits means in the context of our beta service.

    This section governs the purchase and use of FlashIndex credits.


    3.1 Nature of Credits

    FlashIndex credits are a digital currency used to access the FlashIndex service. Credits are a digital good, not a financial instrument or currency. By purchasing credits, you are purchasing access to a service, not a guarantee of any specific outcome.


    3.2 Non-Refundability

    All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are non-refundable digital goods. Once purchased, credits cannot be converted back to fiat currency, transferred to another account, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.


    3.3 No Expiration

    Credits do not expire. Once purchased, credits remain in your account indefinitely, subject to Section 5 (Account Termination).


    3.4 Beta Service Risks

    During the beta period:

  • The service may be interrupted, modified, or temporarily unavailable
  • Credit consumption rates may change (users will be notified in advance)
  • New features may alter how credits are used

    • 3.5 Service Discontinuation

    In the unlikely event that FlashIndex is permanently discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and to honor remaining credits in any successor service or provide compensation at our discretion.


    3.6 No Guaranteed Results

    Purchasing credits does not guarantee that submitted URLs will be indexed by Google. Indexing decisions are made solely by Google's systems. FlashIndex is a submission tool only. Users are purchasing the right to use the submission service, not a guaranteed indexing outcome.


    3.7 Credit Rates

    Current credit usage rates:

  • Submit URL for indexing: 1 credit per URL
  • Check index status: 0.2 credits per URL
  • Bulk CSV submission: 1 credit per URL
  • API indexing call: 1 credit
  • API check call: 0.2 credits

    • 4. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree to use FlashIndex only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:


  • Submit URLs for pages that violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines
  • Use FlashIndex to spam or manipulate search results
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions
  • Share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Use FlashIndex for any illegal activity
  • Submit URLs for content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

    • FlashIndex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

    5. Account Termination

    You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable.


    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the service or API
  • Fail to pay for services rendered

    • In case of termination for cause, no refund of credits or payments will be issued.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLASHINDEX AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL.


    FlashIndex's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the three (3) months preceding the claim.


    FlashIndex provides the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    7. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or via a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect.


    Continued use of FlashIndex after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
